Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at verdo.store.help@gmail.com. In your message, please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging and all included accessories must be intact.

  • The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the order will be cancelled and any amounts already paid will be refunded to the original method of payment within 14 days of confirmation.

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased for business or commercial projects;

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Returns sent without tracking may be lost in transit and cannot be guaranteed.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
