Returns & Refunds Policy
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at verdo.store.help@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return guarantee on eligible products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the return conditions below are met.
We also offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Original packaging and all included accessories must be intact.

The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted by email as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The item arrives damaged.

An incorrect item was received.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Returns sent without tracking may be delayed or lost during transit.
Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
